This role is ideal for individuals who can blend engineering precision with design thinking , and are passionate about building real-world, manufacturable products.\nYou will be involved in end-to-end product development , from concept ideation and design exploration to simulation, validation, and prototyping—working closely with cross-functional engineering teams.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and support product ideation, concept development, and design refinement\nDevelop detailed 3D CAD models and assemblies using SolidWorks\nPerform CFD, structural, and FEA simulations using ANSYS for design validation\nTranslate concepts into manufacturable designs considering DFM, DFA, and reliability\nWork on mechanical design optimization, thermal analysis, and structural integrity\nCollaborate with electronics, embedded, and product teams for integrated system design\nCreate design documentation, BOMs, and technical reports\nSupport rapid prototyping, testing, and iterative design improvements\nEnsure designs align with performance, cost, and certification requirements\n\nEducational Qualification\nB.Tech / B.E.

in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Aeronautical Engineering\nOR B.Design in Product Design / Industrial Design\nM.Tech / M.E. in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Aeronautical Engineering\n\nExperience\nFreshers OR 0–3 years of relevant experience in product design, industrial design, or mechanical design\nExposure to R&D environments, prototyping, or product development projects is preferred\n\nRequired Skills & Tools\nProficiency in SolidWorks (mandatory)\nExperience with Fusion 360, Rhino, KeyShot, or similar design/rendering tools\nStrong experience in ANSYS (CFD, Structural, FEA simulations)\nUnderstanding of DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and DFR (Design for Reliability)\nStrong fundamentals in mechanics, materials, thermodynamics, and structural analysis\n\nGood to Have\nExposure to product aesthetics, ergonomics, and user-centric design\nHands-on experience with prototyping tools and fabrication methods\n\nSkills & Competencies\nAI-First Design Approach (Mandatory): Ability to integrate AI tools into ideation, concept generation, simulation workflows, and rapid design iterations.
