Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive Inside Sales Executive / Associate Business Development Manager to join our team. The role involves lead generation, client engagement, and coordination with sales and technical teams to provide customized engineering solutions. Ideal candidates will have a solid grasp of engineering concepts and proven track record in building lasting client relationships in any of the following:
The role will focus on selling Plant Engineering Services for U.S. Market to:
Large and Mid Size EPCs
Equipment Companies
End-user Companies in Process Industries (Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Power, Water, Nuclear, FMCG)
Integrators in Process Industries
Selling end-to-end Plant Engineering services including:
Process, Mechanical, Civil/Structural, Piping
Electrical & Instrumentation
Controls & Automation Engineering
PLC, SCADA, DCS, HMI
Industry 4.0, IoT & Digital Technologies
This is an excellent position for highly driven sales professionals who have proven experience in Inside Sales / Business Development and are motivated to pursue an opportunity to become full-fledged Business Development Managers. This position will give you an opportunity to closely work with the company's senior leadership who will guide and mentor you in the evolution of your sales career in a dynamically evolving technology landscape.
Experience:
4 - 10+ years in B2B sales in any of the following areas - Engineering Services, Digital Technologies, Intelligent Connected Products
Minimum sales experience of 4 years in Overseas Markets (US Preferable)
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and online research
Fix appointments for company's Senior Management for North America market
Actively Participate in meetings with Prospects and Customers along with the company's Senior Leadership and Business Unit Heads
Understand customer needs and position appropriate engineering solutions
Maintain and update CRM with client interactions and opportunity tracking
Support marketing efforts by contributing insights and assisting with campaigns
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
Proven sales experience in B2B engineering and technology services environment
Hand-on experience on tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha, etc
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, PipeDrive)
