Delivering from Redmond-WA, USA, Guadalajara, Mexico and Hyderabad, India, our scalable solutions cater precisely to diverse business requirements and multiple time zones (US time zone alignment).\n\nAbout Role:\nWe are seeking a highly skilled Agentic AI Engineer to design, build, and optimize AI-powered experiences on the ServiceNow Now Platform.
This role focuses on leveraging Now Assist, AI Agents, Agent Builder, and Large Language Models (LLMs) to create intelligent, context-aware, and business-aligned automation solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of business domains, enterprise workflows, connected systems, and data ecosystems. Success in this role requires more than AI expertise, it demands the ability to understand how AI agents interact with business processes, data sources, and platform capabilities to deliver reliable and scalable outcomes.\n\nResponsibilities:\nBuild and configure Now Assist skills, AI Agents, and Agent Builder workflows.\nDesign, test, and refine prompts grounded in business domain knowledge and data context.\nIntegrate external LLMs such as Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT-4o, and Google Gemini with the ServiceNow platform using AI Provider configurations.\nDevelop Agentic Workflows using Flow Designer, Orchestration, and Decision Builder.\nImplement tool-use patterns, multi-step agent chains, and intelligent decision flows.\nUnderstand the business domain before designing AI agents, prompts, or workflows.\nAnalyze available data sources, their structure, quality, accessibility, and usage patterns.\nIdentify connected enterprise systems and understand their interactions with the Now Platform.\nEvaluate upstream and downstream dependencies that AI agents must account for.\nAssess model outputs for accuracy, safety, relevance, and hallucination risks.\nCollaborate with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to define AI capability requirements.\nDesign evaluation frameworks, testing strategies, and validation mechanisms for AI solutions.\nMonitor AI agent performance and continuously optimize quality, reliability, and response latency.\nContribute to AI governance, safety testing, and responsible AI practices.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.\n7+ years of overall IT experience, including 3+ years of dedicated hands-on development on the ServiceNow platform.\nMinimum 1+ years of hands-on experience with LLM integrations, Generative AI, or Agentic AI solutions.\nStrong understanding of business process workflows, enterprise data ecosystems, and system integrations.\nHands-on experience with: Now Assist (Generative AI capabilities), AI Agent Builder, Agentic Workflows, Flow Designer, Orchestration, Decision Builder, Generative AI Workbench, Skill Configuration, Domain Grounding.\nExperience configuring AI Providers and integrating: Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT-4o, Google Gemini\nStrong Prompt Engineering expertise including System prompt design, Few-shot prompting, Zero-shot prompting, Chain-of-thought techniques, Tool-use patterns, Context window management, Evaluation frameworks, Red-teaming, AI safety testing\nStrong understanding of: Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), Vector store concepts, AI evaluation methodologies, LLM architecture and limitations\nProficiency in: JavaScript, Node.js, REST APIs, JSON, ServiceNow Scripting\nExperience with Python for AI evaluation, testing, or automation is preferred.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nAbility to work effectively with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams.\nDemonstrated experience implementing AI solutions with a strong understanding of business domain context and enterprise ecosystems.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required.\nCertified Application Developer (CAD) – Preferred.\nServiceNow AI Certification – Preferred.\nCertifications from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or other leading AI providers are a plus.\nExperience implementing Now Assist or AI Agent solutions in enterprise environments.\nExperience with AI governance, responsible AI frameworks, and enterprise security considerations.\nKnowledge of modern Agentic AI architecture, autonomous workflows, and multi-agent systems.\nExperience working with enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations and digital transformation initiatives.\n\nEqual Employment Opportunity Declaration :\nWCT is an equal opportunity employer.
