Bob and Claire is looking for an Performance Marketing & Advertising Specialist to join the team and support the design, management and optimization of our clients' advertising campaigns on Meta.

This is an amazing opportunity to come in and work with a very young team - average age 30 - and in close contact with the founding partners, to develop and execute a performance marketing strategy for increasing the revenue of our agency and our clients.

We are looking for someone who doesn't stop at operational execution, but who truly wants to put their mind into the work: a person able to think in terms of strategy, funnels, content and performance , with the goal of making a concrete contribution to the growth of our projects and of the agency.

Founded by a content creator and designer and a Forbes under 30, Bob and Claire is a communications agency specialized in social media, content production, and digital marketing for hospitality, furniture and design.

The agency helps finest brands tell their stories: our clients include furniture and design brands, boutique hotels, wineries, and Michelin-starred restaurants.


Growth Phase

The agency is in a phase of growth and development. We are expanding both our client portfolio and our team across different functions: creative, digital, account and business development. That's why we are looking for people who want to grow together with us.


What Will You Do

  • create, structure, monitor and continuously update advertising campaigns on Meta;
  • work on defining the media strategy and building funnels and content for the different stages of the user journey: TOFU / MOFU / BOFU ;
  • collaborate with the creative and content team to develop effective content and communication angles for the campaigns;
  • analyze data, performance and KPIs to optimize campaigns and propose continuous improvements;
  • write ad copy and creative briefs, contributing to the definition of the message, the creative and the structure of the campaigns;
  • monitor trends, benchmarks and competitors to identify opportunities for improvement;
  • prepare periodic reports and share clear, useful insights with the team and with clients;
  • contribute over time not only to the execution of campaigns, but also to their ideation and creative direction , helping the team define formats, visual style and communication approach for the brands we manage;
  • actively participate in the strategic growth of our projects, bringing method and critical thinking.


What will you learn

  • how to adapt and apply advertising and funnel marketing strategies to the Hospitality, Design and Food & Wine sectors, understanding their dynamics, persuasive levers and specific purchase journeys;
  • how to develop content strategies for the different stages of the funnel (TOFU, MOFU and BOFU ) while respecting the language, values and specificities of premium brands and the luxury market;
  • how to contribute to building content that is not just \"beautiful\", but also effective, consistent with the client's strategy and results-oriented.


Are you the person we are looking for?

We are looking for both junior profiles (2-3 years of experience) and senior profiles (5+ years), with the following requirements:

  • previous experience, in an agency or as a freelancer, in full-funnel management of Meta Ads campaigns ;
  • familiarity with the Hospitality, Design, Food & Wine sectors or related industries;
  • the ability to think not only in operational terms, but also in terms of marketing, strategy, consumer psychology and performance , working on content and campaigns with a funnel mindset, from the very top down to conversion;
  • excellent knowledge of the Meta Business Manager suite;
  • knowledge of English, minimum C1+ level : you will interact with international clients and prepare content in two languages.

Bonus points if you have a background in direct-response marketing and copywriting, experience as a creative strategist, or previous experience managing performance campaigns, on Meta or Google, for e-commerce brands.
