Learn more about our Strategic, Risk & Transaction Practice\n\nYour work profile\nAs an Associate Director in our Transaction Services team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations:\nDeveloping an understanding of the target business and its drivers\nAssess data accuracy and reasonableness and follow-up directly with clients and third-parties appropriately to achieve necessary understanding and to resolve anomalies\nPerforming financial analysis on data provided and arriving at conclusions / identifying issues.\nInterpretation, evaluation, and analysis of publicly available information on the target business Preparation of quality deliverables (including Excel and PowerPoint documents) within agreed timescales, briefing Manager/ Deputy Manager accordingly.\nIdentifying key issues in the areas worked on and reporting it to the Manager/ supervisor on a timely basis\nWork on a variety of deals ranging from large cross border transaction across various industry verticals Establishing credibility with clients/targets as a representative of Deloitte Transaction Services.\nTo provide support/assistance for proposals/business development activities.\n\nKey skills required\nIn order to be considered for the role, your competencies will cover the broad scope of business modelling services, leveraging your professional background and skills such as:\nChartered Accountant with good academic background and 5-10 years of relevant post qualification work experience.\nFinancial due diligence experience is a must.\nExperience in non-financial sectors would be an advantage.\nKnowledge of the Indian GAAP, knowledge of IFRS would be an added advantage\nStrong analytical skills with proficiency in using MS-excel to process and analyze large volume of data.\nStrong commercial acumen and market awareness\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nBase location can be any Deloitte office across PAN India\nThis profile involves frequent travelling to client locations.\nHybrid is our default way of working.
