Job Description

As an Growth Partner, you will be responsible for market mapping, new business development, and client acquisition. You’ll play a key role in driving growth by identifying, pitching, negotiating, and onboarding new clients. You will work closely with an Enterprise Partnership Manager to deliver on strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand the product/platform deeply and tailor presentations to client-specific needs
  • Build a high-quality pipeline and lead customer acquisition efforts
  • Deliver effective sales presentations and manage negotiations
  • Achieve business targets: pipeline growth, client conversion, onboarding, and revenue
  • Manage customer expectations through cross-functional collaboration
  • Build strong relationships with key clients and support them during onboarding and implementation
  • Provide customer insights to the Product team to influence strategy
  • Consistently exceed strategic goals and performance targets

  • Proven experience in B2B solution enablement or account management
  • Strong business development and consultative selling skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to manage CXO-level stakeholder relationships
  • History of exceeding KPIs and revenue targets
