Key Responsibilitie

• sGather, analyze, and document business requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis
• .Configure Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud solutions based on business needs
• .Design and support Core HR, Compensation, Talent Management, and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) processes
• .Develop and execute test scripts, perform unit testing, regression testing, and support UAT activities
• .Conduct prototype demonstrations, end-user training, and client workshops
• .Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD), Technical Design Documents (TDD), test scripts, migration documents, and support documentation
• .Configure Workflow Approval Rules, Data Role Security, Checklists, and Design Studio personalizations
• .Support interfaces, conversions, reports, and extensions
• .Collaborate with onsite teams, technical teams, and business stakeholders
• .Handle enhancement requests, production support, impact assessments, and upgrade analysis
• .Troubleshoot and resolve P1/P2 production issues
• .Provide project status updates and effort estimations
