We’re looking for a Technical Operations Manager (Cloud) to lead our night operations and ensure maximum uptime, rapid incident response, and seamless handovers.\n\nRole Overview\nThis is a hands-on leadership role combining real-time technical incident management with team leadership . You’ll oversee critical infrastructure, guide a team of engineers, and act as the go-to person during high-severity outages.\n\nWhat You’ll Do\nLead a rotating team to ensure continuous 24x7 cloud operations\nOwn Severity-1 & Severity-2 incident resolution\nMonitor system health using tools like Datadog & New Relic\nEnsure strict adherence to SLA performance metrics\nConduct structured and reliable shift handovers\nMentor engineers and foster a culture of continuous improvement\n\n️ Technical Expertise We’re Looking For\nStrong experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP\nMonitoring & logging tools: Splunk, Datadog, Prometheus, ELK\nITSM platforms: ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk\nWorking knowledge of Linux/Windows & scripting (Bash/Python)\nUnderstanding of data pipeline deployment & monitoring\n\nKey Soft Skills\nCalm and decisive during critical incidents\nClear communicator with strong stakeholder management\nAnalytical mindset for identifying recurring issues\nFlexibility to work night shifts, weekends & holidays\n\nExperience Required\n10+ years in Cloud Support / NOC / SRE environments\n3+ years in leadership or senior technical roles\nRelevant certifications (AWS, Azure, ITIL) are a plus\n\nIf you’re passionate about cloud reliability, team leadership, and high-impact operations , this role is for you.\nInterested or know someone who’d be a great fit?\nLet’s connect or drop a comment!\n#Hiring #CloudComputing #SRE #NOC #DevOps #NightShift #TechJobs #Leadership #CloudInfrastructure
