AI Architect & Automation Lead

Role Description AI Architect – Ladli Foundation Trust (Full-Time, On-Site, New Delhi) Ladli Foundation Trust is seeking an innovative and experienced AI Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of AI-driven solutions that enhance social impact, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.

The AI Architect will be responsible for architecting scalable AI systems, developing intelligent automation frameworks, creating AI agents and workflow solutions, and overseeing the integration of advanced technologies into organizational processes. The role will drive data analytics, predictive modeling of community outcomes, operational automation, and digital transformation initiatives aligned with the Foundation's mission. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and oversee the implementation of AI-driven solutions to improve organizational effectiveness and social impact outcomes.

- Create and deploy AI agents, autonomous workflows, and intelligent automation systems to streamline operations, enhance productivity, and reduce manual processes. - Architect scalable AI and machine learning solutions for predictive analytics, decision support, and community impact assessment. - Develop and integrate AI-powered tools with existing organizational systems and digital platforms.

- Lead software development and AI integration projects from concept to deployment. - Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI adoption and process automation. - Define AI governance, security, scalability, and sustainability frameworks.

- Document technical architectures, workflows, and implementation processes. - Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure continuous improvement of AI systems and automated workflows. - Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, agentic AI frameworks, LLMs, automation platforms, and industry best practices.

Qualifications - Strong proficiency in AI Architecture, Solution Design, and Enterprise AI Systems. - Hands-on experience in Software Development, System Integration, and AI Deployment. - Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing AI agents, workflow automation systems, autonomous processes, and intelligent operational frameworks.

- Expertise in AI technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, and automation platforms. - Strong project management skills with experience planning, executing, and delivering AI-centric projects. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and align AI initiatives with organizational goals. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. - Experience developing AI solutions for social impact organizations, NGOs, development sector initiatives, or public-interest projects will be an added advantage.

Preferred Skills - Experience with AI agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, OpenAI Agents, or similar platforms. - Experience building automated workflows using tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, Power Automate, or custom orchestration platforms. - Knowledge of cloud AI services (Azure AI, AWS AI, Google Vertex AI) and MLOps practices.

- Understanding of data governance, privacy, and ethical AI principles. - Passion for leveraging AI and automation to create measurable social impact at scale.
