Job Title: Associate Service Consultant – Investment (CRT Underwriting)\nWork Location: Gurgaon\nCompensation: 3 LPA – 4.5 LPA + Performance Incentives\n\nRole Overview\nThe Associate Service Consultant – Investment (CRT Underwriting) will be responsible for managing underwriting and investment servicing operations, reviewing customer documentation, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory guidelines. The role requires strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and effective coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and accurate case processing.\nThe candidate will play a key role in customer verification, underwriting support, documentation review, and service operations within the investment and insurance domain.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nReview and process underwriting and investment-related cases in accordance with company policies and operational guidelines\nVerify customer documentation and ensure compliance with KYC and AML standards\nAssess customer profiles and identify underwriting-related risks or discrepancies\nCoordinate with internal departments and support teams for case resolution and process completion\nMaintain accuracy and quality in underwriting decisions and documentation review\nHandle service requests and operational queries related to investment and underwriting processes\nEnsure timely turnaround of assigned cases while maintaining service quality standards\nEscalate critical issues, discrepancies, or non-compliance cases to the appropriate stakeholders\nSupport process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience\nRequired Skills & Competencies\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nGood understanding of underwriting, investment servicing, and operational processes\nExcellent attention to detail and accuracy\nEffective verbal and written communication skills\nAbility to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment\nStrong coordination and stakeholder management abilities\nProficiency in documentation handling and compliance review\nEligibility Criteria\nEducation:\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field\nExperience:\nMinimum 1–2 years of experience in underwriting, investment operations, insurance servicing, or related operational roles\nPrior exposure to KYC and AML compliance processes is preferred\nLanguage Requirement:\nProficiency in Kannada is mandatory\nPreferred Candidate Profile:\nExperience in investment operations or insurance underwriting support\nAbility to manage multiple cases with high accuracy and efficiency\nStrong organizational and documentation skills\nFamiliarity with compliance and regulatory standards within the BFSI sector
