About the Company\n\nFocus Softnet is looking for an experienced Senior Implementation Consultant to join our Hyderabad team. The role is ideal for professionals who have worked on ERP, CRM, or HCM implementations and can independently manage customer interactions, solution delivery, and project execution. We are looking for candidates who understand business processes, can engage with customers confidently, and are comfortable working across multiple industries and functions.\n\nAbout the Role\nFocus Softnet is looking for an experienced Senior Implementation Consultant to join our Hyderabad team.

The role is ideal for professionals who have worked on ERP, CRM, or HCM implementations and can independently manage customer interactions, solution delivery, and project execution.\n\nResponsibilities\nHandle end-to-end implementation of ERP, CRM, and HCM solutions.\nConduct requirement gathering sessions with customers.\nUnderstand business workflows and map them into application processes.\nConfigure modules based on customer requirements.\nPrepare functional documents, process flows, and solution notes.\nConduct user training, UAT support, and go-live activities.\nCoordinate with technical and support teams for issue resolution.\nManage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery.\nProvide post-implementation support and customer guidance.\nBuild strong customer relationships and maintain high customer satisfaction.\n\nQualifications\nB.Tech / BE / MBA / B.Com / M.Com / BBA or equivalent qualification.\nFinance specialization or accounting knowledge will be an added advantage.\n\nRequired Skills\nStrong understanding of ERP business processes.\nExposure to CRM and HCM modules.\nGood knowledge of Finance, Procurement, Sales, Inventory, HR, Payroll, or related business operations.\nStrong communication and presentation skills.\nAbility to independently handle customer discussions.\nGood analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExperience in implementation documentation and training.\nComfortable working in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.\n\nPreferred Skills\nStrong finance and accounting background.\nExperience in multiple ERP implementations.\nKnowledge of cloud ERP solutions.\nExposure to Middle East customers or projects.\nExperience working with implementation, support, and development coordination teams.\n\nPay range and compensation package\nOpportunity to work with customers across industries and regions.
