Job Description

The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for generating and qualifying leads, engaging with potential clients, and supporting revenue growth across IT staffing and services. This role requires strong communication skills, persistence in outreach, and the ability to understand client requirements and align them with appropriate solutions.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nIdentify and qualify new sales leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking activities\nBuild and maintain relationships with potential clients through regular follow-ups and consistent communication\nUnderstand client requirements and map them with the company’s IT staffing and service offerings\nMeet or exceed weekly and monthly targets related to lead generation, meetings, and conversions\nCoordinate with internal teams (recruitment/delivery) to ensure timely and efficient fulfilment of client needs\nMaintain accurate and updated records of all sales activities in the CRM system\nTrack and manage the sales pipeline effectively\nStay updated on industry trends, market developments, and new service offerings\n\nQualifications & Skills:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience\n1–3 years of experience in inside sales/business development (IT staffing experience preferred)\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nConfidence in cold calling and lead generation\nBasic understanding of IT roles and staffing lifecycle (preferred)\nTarget-driven mindset with good organizational skills\nAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
