Role Description
This is a full-time in office role for an Associate/Senior Associate – Research, based in our Pune office. The role involves conducting primary and secondary research, analyzing data, and generating insights to aid decision-making. Responsibilities include preparing detailed reports, presenting findings, and staying updated on industry trends. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality research deliverables and internal stakeholder expectations to support investment decisions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Chartered Financial Analyst preferred with 3-10 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Family office / Wealth Management / PMS environment will be an advantage.
- Research experience in analysis of performance of various asset classes such as mutual funds, AIFs, bonds, REITS / Invts, commodities, etc.
- Experience in analysis of international asset classes and instruments will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in conducting Primary Research, Secondary Research, and Data Analysis.
- Expertise in Report Preparation and Presentation Skills.
- Strong Analytical Thinking and Problem-Solving Abilities.
- Effective Communication Skills, both Written and Verbal.
- Ability to Work Collaboratively as well as Independently.
- Attention to Detail and a Strong Work Ethic.
- Familiarity with market trends and industry-specific insights is a plus.
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with teams and articulate financial insights clearly.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to ensure accuracy in financial tasks.
