Hiring – International Sales & Marketing Professional\n\nExperience: 5 to 13 Years\n\nWe are looking for a highly motivated and aggressive International Sales & Marketing professional to handle business development activities across multiple international countries and regions.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n• Handle sales and marketing activities across multiple international countries and regions\n• Develop and expand business for Solvents, Specialty Chemicals, and allied products\n• Identify new business opportunities, untapped markets, and potential customers\n• Independently develop assigned countries and achieve sales growth targets\n• Conduct market research regarding product demand, pricing trends, competition, and customer requirements\n• Maintain strong knowledge of market conditions, product positioning, pricing strategy, and supply chain movements\n• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships with importers, distributors, manufacturers, and end users\n• Generate leads through online platforms, exhibitions, references, market intelligence, and direct customer interaction\n• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, payment conditions, and contracts effectively\n• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics teams, and customers for smooth execution of orders\n• Travel internationally for customer meetings, supplier visits, exhibitions, conferences, and market development activities\n• Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, market analysis, and customer feedback reports\n• Work aggressively towards expanding the company’s footprint in new regions and industries\n• Think creatively and strategically to penetrate difficult or unexplored markets\n• Continuously monitor competitor activities, product trends, and global market developments\n\nRequired Skills & Competencies:\n• Strong knowledge of Solvents, Specialty Chemicals, Petrochemicals, or Industrial Chemicals market\n• Excellent understanding of international trade and export business\n• Strong understanding of market development, product positioning, pricing strategy, customer behavior, and global supply-demand trends\n• Strong negotiation and communication skills\n• Ability to work independently and handle pressure situations\n• Hardworking, target-oriented, and self-motivated personality\n• Excellent customer relationship management skills\n• Capability to think beyond boundaries and develop unconventional business opportunities\n• Strong networking and lead generation capability\n• Willingness to travel internationally frequently\n• Good commercial and analytical thinking ability
