Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Business Development Executive (BDE) based in New Delhi. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting meetings, showcasing product offerings, and identifying new business opportunities. The BDE will also play a key role in managing sales pipelines, offering exceptional customer service, and collaborating with internal teams to address client needs. The position will require regular in-person client interactions in New Delhi, with occasional flexibility for remote work.

Qualifications
  • Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency in Sales, Sales Management, and identifying business opportunities to meet and exceed targets.
  • Experience providing Training to clients or team members to ensure knowledge transfer of product offerings.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple client accounts effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in the artisanal product, interior design, or related industry is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment and travel locally within New Delhi for client engagements.
