Client Success Executive (Hybrid)\nCompany TRYDO School\n\nLocation Hybrid (Work From Home + 1 Office Visit Per Month in Hyderabad)\n\nSalary ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Performance Incentives\n\nEmployment Type Full-Time\n\nAbout TRYDO TRYDO helps aspiring freelancers, digital marketers, and agency owners build profitable careers through mentorship, workshops, implementation programs, and community support.\nWe are looking for a proactive Client Success Executive who can build strong relationships with prospects and students, ensure smooth communication, improve student success, and help drive enrollments into our programs.\n\nKey ResponsibilitiesLead Follow-Up & Meeting Coordination Call and follow up with leads who register for workshops, webinars, challenges, and mentorship programs.\nSchedule and coordinate meetings with prospects.\nEnsure a minimum of 3 qualified meetings are booked daily.\nMaintain CRM and update lead status regularly.\nFollow up consistently until a lead takes a decision.\nStudent Success & Relationship Management Track student progress and engagement.\nConduct regular check-ins with students.\nIdentify students who are inactive and help re-engage them.\nResolve basic support queries and coordinate with mentors when needed.\nEnsure students achieve milestones inside the program.\nRevenue & Upselling Guide existing students toward relevant advanced programs.\nRecommend suitable next-step programs based on student goals.\nFollow up with workshop attendees and challenge participants.\nSupport admissions and enrollment activities.\nContribute towards monthly revenue targets.\nCommunity & Operations Support Manage communication through WhatsApp, email, and CRM tools.\nMaintain records of meetings, follow-ups, enrollments, and student progress.\nCoordinate between mentors, students, and prospects.\nEnsure a smooth student experience from onboarding to completion.\nKey Performance Indicators (KPIs) Minimum 3 qualified meetings booked per day.\nLead response time under 30 minutes during working hours.\nStudent engagement and retention rates.\nEnrollment conversions from workshops and challenges.\nMonthly revenue contribution target of ₹2,00,000+.\nCRM updates maintained accurately.\nSkills Required Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Telugu.\nStrong follow-up and relationship-building skills.\nComfortable making phone calls and handling objections.\nOrganized and detail-oriented.\nBasic understanding of sales, customer success, and digital marketing.\nAbility to work independently in a remote environment.\nPreferred Experience 1–3 years experience in Customer Success, Admissions, Telecalling, Counseling, Community Management, or Sales.\nExperience in EdTech, Coaching, Digital Marketing, or Online Communities is a plus.\nWho Will Succeed in This Role?
