Role & responsibilities:\n\nManaging Sales of Loan Against Property & Business Loans.\nLead a team of Relationship Managers and Senior Relationship Managers to generate business through Direct sourcing.\nBuilding the Sales and distribution network in the assigned territory.\nRecruit, train and monitor team members & ensuring quality service delivery.\nManaging loan process from lead generation till disbursement of loan.\nEnsure synergy between credit and operation to ensure efficiency of business processes.\n\nPreferred candidate profile:\n\n5+ years of experience in Secured Business Loans/LAP.\nPreference will be given to local candidates with local geography knowledge.
