You'll work directly with the Lead PM and move fast.\n\nResponsibilities:\nDefine the brand identity from scratch — logo, colors, typography, design system\nDesign the full borrower app experience — onboarding, KYC, loan offer, sanction, and repayment flows — optimised for conversion\nDesign the LOS journey end-to-end; you'll sit with the PM and engineers to make sure what you design actually gets built right\nBuild the website and user landing page\nProduce all marketing assets — banners, CTAs, in-app comms — for placement across TIL properties\nRun UX testing with real target users and feed findings back into the product fast\nRequirements:\n2–4 years of design experience — fintech, consumer app, or banking portfolio strongly preferred\nFigma native — prototyping, auto-layout, component libraries, the works\nHave designed multi-step onboarding flows and form-heavy journeys before; you know the drop-off problem intimately\nCan do brand identity work and detailed product UI — both, not just one\nMove fast and take feedback well; this is not a slow-moving design environment
