Role: Product Manager\nLocation: Noida\nExperience: 4 - 10 Yrs\n\nRole Summary\nWe are seeking an experienced Product Manager to help with strategy, productization, and delivery of platform-based, automated IT services across Cloud, Data Centers, Digital Workplace, Managed Networks, and AI platforms. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in transforming services into scalable, software-driven offerings with APIs, orchestration, and self-service, and hands-on experience building and scaling infrastructure services centric Platform Based Services (PBS) — especially in Generative AI and agentic transformation.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nProduct Strategy & Vision\nDefine and execute the strategic product roadmap for Platform Based Services (PBS) across Cloud, Data Centers, Digital Workplace, Managed Networks, and AI platforms.\nAlign product vision with market trends, customer demands, and AI-enabled digital transformation.\nPartner with cross-functional leaders to shape differentiated, value-creating product strategies.\nProductization of infrastructure services & Automation\nTransform traditional IT services/ Infrastructure services into platform-enabled product bundles with APIs, orchestration, catalogs, and self-service.\nDesign pricing and consumption models including subscription, usage-based, and outcome-based constructs.\nDrive continuous automation to improve efficiency, scalability, reliability, and service quality.\nStakeholder & Customer Management\nEngage with Sales, Marketing, Delivery, Finance, and external partners to align product offerings with commercial strategies and client needs.\nServe as the product expert for customer engagements, driving feedback loops and continuous product refinements.\nConduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery sessions to sharpen product direction.\nGo-to-Market & Commercial Strategy\nPlan and execute product launches; enable Sales with positioning, playbooks, and collateral.\nDefine and optimize pricing, packaging, and consumption frameworks linked to automation and AI-driven value.\nInfluence commercial constructs including subscriptions, usage billing, and outcome-based contracts.\nPerformance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement\nEstablish KPIs such as ARR, adoption rates, automation ROI, customer satisfaction, and operational margins.\nUse data-driven insights for ongoing product iteration, improved user experience, and operational efficiency.\nProgram & Project Management\nOwn the full product lifecycle and delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and budgets are met.\nUtilize project/program management practices and tools to manage cross-functional execution and risks.\n\nRequirements-Experience & Skills\n5-8 years in product management roles within IT services, cloud, data centers, managed services, or software/platform productization.\nExperience working with large infrastructure managed services providers or large-scale infrastructure programs.\nDemonstrated expertise in transforming IT services into software platforms with automation and self-service functionalities.\nHands-on experience in developing and scaling AI products, particularly in Generative AI and agentic transformation environments.\nIn-depth knowledge of cloud infrastructure, data center operations, digital workplace, managed networks, and automation frameworks.\nCommercial acumen in pricing models, subscription/usage billing, outcome-based contracts, and P&L influence.\nExceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, able to influence across functions and levels.\nExperience with project/program management and delivery focus.\n\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.\nMBA or relevant certifications in Product Management, AI, Cloud, or Agile methodologies preferred.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nBackground in enterprise IT service providers, MSPs, or large-scale platform services.\nExperience with outcome-based service delivery/pricing.\nExperience building and evolving infrastructure services–centric PBS offerings and driving AI/GenAI adoption within PBS.\nFamiliarity with shared services environments.
