Technical Presales Lead
Primary responsibilities:
- Accelerate and structure presales activities across AI and Copilot opportunities
- Support India presales leadership
- Drive technical solutioning, demos, workshops, and proposal development
- Hands-on expertise in AI agent development using low-code technologies is essential
Experience :
• Senior-Level Experience: 6+ years of experience as a Power Platform Developer, with a focus on creating solutions for complex business problems.
• Project Leadership: Proven experience leading Power Platform projects from conception to delivery.
• Client Interaction: Ability to interact with clients, gather requirements, and provide solutions aligned with business needs.
• Training and Mentoring: Experience in mentoring and training junior developers or team members.
Soft Skills :
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead cross-functional teams.
• Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability to navigate through evolving technologies and project requirements.
