Job Description
DPD, CFS & Final Delivery Management\n\nMonitor DPD -CFS and DPD- DPD movements of CNTRS.\nManage shipments transferred from DPD to CFS due to customs requirements or customer requests.\n\n4. Customer Service Management.\n\nManage customer escalation and resolutions.\nMaintain proactive communication throughout shipment lifecycle and share updates.\nProvide Daily/ Weekly and Monthly reports.\nConduct customer review meetings and share reports.\n\n5. Carrier Relations\n\nDevelop and maintain relationships with Shipping Lines, NVOCCs, Consolidators\nResolve operational and service issues.\n\n6.
Billing & Revenue Assurance.\n\nBilling Control\nEnsure timely billing of all import shipments within agreed KPI’s.\n\n7. Team Leadership & Performance Management.\n\nTeam Management\nLead Ocean Imports Operations and Customer Service teams.\nAllocate workloads and monitor productivity.\n\n8 ) Performance Management.\n\nSet team objectives and KPIs.\nConduct periodic performance reviews.\nDrive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction improvements.
