Job Title: Associate Creative Director (ACD)\nLocation: Mumbai\nExperience: 6–15 years\nIndustry: Advertising Healthcare / Pharma / Wellness\n\nAbout the Role\nHavas Life Mumbai is looking for a dynamic and strategic Associate Creative Director to lead and elevate creative output across healthcare, pharma, and wellness brands. This role demands a blend of strong conceptual thinking, storytelling, team leadership, and an understanding of emerging technologies like AI in creative workflows.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nLead end-to-end creative development across campaigns (digital, print, film, and integrated).\nDrive innovative, insight-led concepts tailored to healthcare, pharma, and wellness audiences.\nCollaborate closely with strategy, servicing, and medical teams to ensure accuracy and impact.\nMentor and manage a team of designers, copywriters, and junior creatives.\nEnsure high-quality creative output aligned with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.\nIntegrate AI tools and platforms into ideation, content creation, and workflow optimization.\nPresent ideas confidently to internal stakeholders and clients.\nStay updated with industry trends, especially in health communication and digital innovation.\n\nKey Requirements\n6–15 years of experience in a creative role within an agency setup.\nStrong portfolio showcasing integrated campaigns, preferably in healthcare, pharma, or wellness brands .\nPrior experience in leading teams and managing multiple projects.\nUnderstanding of medical communication, regulatory nuances , and patient-centric storytelling.\nWorking knowledge of AI tools (e.g., generative AI, content automation, design tools) and their application in creative processes.\nExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience working on global healthcare brands.\nExposure to digital-first and omnichannel campaigns.\nAbility to balance creativity with compliance-driven environments.\n\nAbout Havas Life Mumbai\nHavas Life Sorento is India’s leading Health & Wellness marketing, communications, digital & health tech company.
