Infra IT Support Specialist

Location: Goregaon, Mumbai (Work from Office – 5 Days a Week)\nEmployment Type: Full-Time\nTeam: Generative AI Team\nJob Summary\nWe are looking for an experienced Infra IT Support Specialist to manage and support cloud infrastructure, database operations, and AI platform services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Azure OpenAI, Vertex AI, MSSQL , and infrastructure support. This role involves provisioning cloud resources, managing CPU/GPU deployments, troubleshooting technical issues, optimizing SaaS costs, and providing excellent support to internal stakeholders.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage and support CPU/GPU infrastructure deployments for AI/ML workloads.\nAdminister, maintain, and optimize MSSQL databases .\nProvision and manage services on Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) .\nSupport and monitor Azure OpenAI and Vertex AI environments.\nTroubleshoot infrastructure, cloud, and database-related issues.\nMonitor resource utilization and optimize cloud/SaaS spending.\nRespond to support tickets and provide technical assistance to users.\nCollaborate with development, AI, and infrastructure teams to ensure platform reliability and performance.\nMaintain documentation, reports, and operational procedures.\nRequired Skills\n3–8 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Support, Cloud Support, or System Administration.\nStrong experience with Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) .\nHands-on experience with Azure OpenAI and/or Vertex AI .\nGood knowledge of MSSQL Database Administration and Performance Tuning .\nExperience in CPU/GPU resource provisioning and management.\nUnderstanding of cloud monitoring, troubleshooting, and cost optimization.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.\nAzure or GCP certifications are a plus.\nExperience supporting AI/ML infrastructure environments is highly desirable.\nLocation Preference: Mumbai candidates or those willing to relocate and work from the Goregaon office full-time.
