Operations Specialist - (EV Home Charging)
Job Description
This role involves conducting site assessments, coordinating installations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and delivering a seamless customer experience throughout the installation journey. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of electrical systems, excellent coordination skills, and a customer-first approach.\n\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nConduct site surveys and feasibility assessments for EV home charger installations.\nCoordinate and oversee charger installation activities at customer locations.\nPerform charger commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure proper functionality.\nEnsure all installations comply with electrical safety standards, company guidelines, and OEM requirements.\nCoordinate with customers, electricians, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely execution.\nMaintain installation records, reports, and technical documentation accurately.\nProvide basic training and guidance to customers on charger operation and usage.\nSupport after-sales service activities and assist in resolving technical issues when required.\nMonitor installation quality and identify opportunities for process improvements.\nEnsure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the installation lifecycle.\n\nWHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?\n\n0–2 years of experience in EV home charging installations, electrical systems, renewable energy projects, or related technical fields.\nB.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines preferred.\nDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Renewable Energy, or related technical fields may also be considered.\nBasic understanding of electrical systems, wiring practices, and safety standards.\nKnowledge of EV charging infrastructure and charging technologies will be an advantage.\nAbility to read and interpret electrical diagrams, layouts, and technical documentation.\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nGood communication and customer-handling abilities.\nFamiliarity with residential electrical infrastructure and load assessment is prefe rred.\nHindi (Mandatory)\nMarathi\nEnglish communication skills preferred.\nPrior experience in EV charging, solar installations, electrical contracting, or related technical services will be an added advantage\n\nWHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?\nGenerous Leave Policy: Benefit from a comprehensive leave policy for work-life balance.\nExcellent Office Facilities: Work in a modern and well-equipped office space.\nLearning and Development Opportunities: Access ongoing professional growth programs.\nQuarterly Team Outings: Engage in team-building activities and outings.\nDynamic and Supportive Team: Collaborate with talented and supportive colleagues.
