Hostel Warden (Head Warden / Assistant Warden)

Sri Sharada International School is looking for dedicated and responsible Hostel Wardens to manage and supervise students in the residential campus. We are hiring for both Head Warden and Assistant Warden positions.

Experienced candidates as well as freshers with good communication and student management skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily hostel operations and student routines
• Ensure discipline, safety, and well-being of students
• Maintain attendance and monitor hostel activities
• Coordinate with school management and parents
• Handle student concerns and emergencies responsibly
• Maintain cleanliness and hostel discipline

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline

Experience

Head Warden:

• 5 to 10 years experience in a residential school environment preferred

Assistant Warden:

• Freshers can apply
• Candidates with 2 to 3 years experience in residential schools will be preferred

• Basic administrative and organizational skills
