In this leadership role, you will d rive Application Development, App Modernization, DevOps, Data Analytics, QA, AI-driven solutions, and Low Code/No Code plat forms, while building high-performing teams and delivering strategic outcomes for global clie nts. Key Responsibili ties: • Lead end-to-end delivery of digital transformation and application development initiatives.

• Drive innovation through AI, automation, DevOps, cloud modernization, and Low Code/No Code solutions. • Build, mentor, and scale high-performing engineering and delivery teams. • Partner with clients and North American stakeholders to deliver business value and drive account growth.

• Establish delivery governance, operational excellence, and scalable delivery models. • Develop Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and enable adoption of emerging technolo\n\ngies.\nWhat We're Lookin g For: • 15+ years of experience leading large-scale application development and digital transformation programs. • Strong expertise in App Modernization, DevOps, Cloud, Data Analytics, QA, and AI solutions.
