Product Marketing Manager
Job Description
We are looking for a high-leverage, entrepreneurial Product Marketer to own our go-to-market (GTM) strategy and positioning from the ground up. At Nucleo, you will not just be marketing a tool; you will be educating and shaping how fund managers and family offices think about private market infrastructure.
Sitting at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Compliance, your mission is to demystify complex financial and regulatory features into crystal-clear, value-driven narratives. The ideal candidate is a master storyteller and deep analytical thinker who thrives in zero-to-one environments, possesses the rigor to understand deeply technical/financial ecosystems, and can write compelling long-form thought leadership that commands authority.
- Own the Narrative & Positioning: Evolve Nucleo’s messaging framework across our three core pillars: Compliance & Regulatory, Portfolio Management, and Exit & Liquidity. Ensure our value proposition resonates deeply with sophisticated buyers (Fund Managers, LPs, CFOs, and Family Offices).
- Execute End-to-End GTM Strategies: Lead product and feature launches cross-functionally, aligning product roadmaps with marketing campaigns to drive user adoption and platform volume.
- High-Impact Content & Thought Leadership: Author deeply researched, authoritative long-form content, whitepapers, and insight pieces on private market trends, compliance shifts, and investment operations to establish Nucleo as the industry benchmark.
- Sales & High-Touch Enablement: Build high-end, institutional collateral including product walkthroughs, hyper-targeted pitch decks, case studies, and automated demo materials that compress the sales loop for high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and funds.
- Market & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct continuous research into the private equity/venture capital landscape, regulatory shifts (SEBI/compliance frameworks), and competitive alternatives to feed insights back into the product team.
- Growth Cross-Collaboration: Partner closely with Growth and Design teams to optimize our digital touchpoints (website, landing pages, newsletters) for high-intent B2B lead generation.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Content Strategy, or Growth in an early-to-growth stage B2B SaaS, FinTech, or highly technical infrastructure environment.
- Exceptional Communication & Writing: Ability to write with pristine clarity. You have a public portfolio of articles, deep dives, or product copy that proves you can break down highly dense, technical, or regulatory concepts into gripping narratives.
- First-Principles Strategic Thinker: You possess the analytical rigor typically found in management consulting, strategic communications, or other business programs. You solve marketing problems from first principles, not playbooks.
- The Zero-to-One Mindset: Comfortable navigating ambiguity, running autonomous experiments, and setting up systems from scratch. You can think strategically at 30,000 feet, but are equally thrilled to write the website copy or record a product video yourself.
- Intellectual Curiosity for Finance/Tech: You are excited to master the inner workings of private market investments, waterfall distributions, cap tables, and regulatory compliance.
- Prior experience as a Founding Marketer or early PMM hire at a B2B SaaS platform.
- Deep familiarity with the venture capital ecosystem, family office operations, or alternative asset classes.
- A strong personal brand, active presence on LinkedIn/X, or an established newsletter tracking tech/business ecosystems.
