The role will focus on managing CRM, improving lead-to-conversion efficiency, building automated customer journeys, and ensuring seamless communication across all customer touchpoints.\nThe ideal candidate should be data-driven, process-oriented, and have strong experience in CRM operations, marketing automation, and lead lifecycle management.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nCRM & Lead Management\nManage the CRM platform end-to-end\nSet up and track lead pipelines across Riders, Franchise, and Enterprise businesses\nManage lead allocation, scoring, tagging, and funnel tracking\nEnsure CRM data accuracy and hygiene\n\nMarketing Automation\nBuild automated customer journeys, drip campaigns, and follow-up workflows\nSegment databases for targeted communication\nIdentify funnel drop-offs and improve conversion rates\n\nCampaign Management\nExecute Email, WhatsApp, and SMS campaigns\nManage webinar communication and follow-ups\nAlign CRM campaigns with marketing initiatives\n\nReporting & Analytics\nTrack lead, funnel, and campaign performance\nBuild dashboards and share actionable insights with leadership\nMonitor SLA adherence and reduce lead leakage\n\nCandidate Profile\n4–7 years of experience in CRM, Marketing Automation, or Growth Marketing\nMandatory hands-on experience with CRM\nStrong understanding of lead lifecycle management and sales funnels\nExperience in workflow automation, campaign execution, and reporting\nStrong analytical and stakeholder management skills\n\nApply Only If\n'14; You have at least 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing a CRM platform directly\n'14; You have experience in CRM operations, marketing automation, and lead lifecycle management\n'14; You are based in Bangalore or willing to relocate immediately\n\nWhy Join BLive\nOpportunity to build and scale CRM systems across multiple business lines\nDrive measurable impact on growth and customer acquisition\nBe part of India’s rapidly growing EV mobility ecosystem
