Job Summary -\n\nAs a Technical Writer Intern, you will work closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Leadership teams to create clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation. You will help translate complex technical concepts into content that delivers real business value and enhances the user experience.\n\nThis role offers hands-on exposure to product documentation, knowledge management, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced product environment.\n\nPrimary Accountabilities -\n\nAssist in creating and maintaining high-quality technical documentation including user guides, FAQs, release notes, and knowledge base articles.\nSimplify complex technical concepts into clear and engaging content for diverse audiences.\nEdit and proofread content to ensure consistency, clarity, and adherence to style guidelines.\nCollaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, QA and Customer Success teams to gather information and validate documentation.\nSupport the development of documentation in formats that best meet user needs (web, PDFs, internal tools).\nParticipate in interviews and discussions with subject matter experts to understand product features and workflows.\nHelp organize and structure knowledge assets within internal knowledge management systems.\nEnsure documentation aligns with product releases and timelines.\n\nBest Fit Profile -\n\nCurrently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nBasic understanding of technical concepts or software products (preferred but not mandatory).\nGood editing and proofreading skills with attention to detail.\nAbility to break down complex information into simple, user-friendly content.\nStrong willingness to learn and collaborate across teams.\nFamiliarity with documentation tools (Google Docs, Notion, Confluence, etc.) is a plus.\nExposure to content or knowledge management systems is an advantage.\nInterest in domains like Agri-tech is a bonus but not required.\nAwareness or exposure to AI-assisted writing tools and an interest in leveraging AI for documentation efficiency is a plus.\nUnderstanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile workflows, and release processes is an advantage.
