- 6+ years of ServiceNow development experience with at least 3+ years in HRSD implementations.
- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow HRSD modules, including HR Case Management, Employee Center, Knowledge Management, and Lifecycle Events.
- Expertise in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Workflow development.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, LDAP, SSO, and third-party integrations.
- Knowledge of Service Catalog, Record Producers, UI Builder, and Portal development.
- Experience with ServiceNow platform administration, security, ACLs, and update sets.
