Additional responsibilities include creating financial strategies to support sustainable growth, analyzing financial data for decision-making, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.\n\nQualifications\nStrong proficiency in Financial Statements, Financial Reporting, and Budgeting\nDemonstrated expertise in Finance and Analytical Skills\nExcellent understanding of financial regulations and best practices\nProficient in financial software and tools\nEffective communication and leadership skills to manage a team\nRelevant qualifications such as a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA, CA) is highly desirable\nExperience in the non-profit or animal welfare sector is advantageous
