Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Implement and support Oracle Subscription Management Cloud solutions in Oracle Fusion ERP production environments.

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and map business processes to Oracle Cloud capabilities.

• Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle Subscription Management and provide functional and technical guidance throughout project lifecycles.

• Conduct requirement gathering sessions, design workshops, conference room pilots (CRPs), user acceptance testing (UAT), and end-user training.

• Configure Oracle Subscription Management Cloud modules to support business requirements and best practices.

• Create functional design documents, configuration documents, test scripts, and training materials.

• Support end-to-end subscription lifecycle management including subscription creation, amendments, renewals, cancellations, and billing.

• Work on Revenue Management and Billing processes to ensure accurate revenue recognition and invoicing.

• Collaborate with offshore functional and technical teams to deliver project milestones and support activities.

• Monitor project progress and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful go-live and post-production support.

• Perform system testing, issue resolution, defect management, and user support activities.

• Support integrations, reporting requirements, data migration activities, and system enhancements.

• Troubleshoot application issues and collaborate with technical teams for integration and extension-related developments.

Mandatory Technical & Functional Skills:

• Minimum 5+ years of implementation and support experience in Oracle ERP applications.

• Minimum 2 end-to-end Oracle Subscription Management Cloud implementations as a Subscription Techno-Functional Consultant.

• Strong experience with recurring billing, subscription amendments, renewals, cancellations, and revenue recognition processes.

• Strong understanding of Subscription Lifecycle Management and usage/consumption-based pricing models.

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Pricing and Installed Base modules.

• Good knowledge of Oracle Fusion Subscription Management architecture and configurations.

• Strong understanding of Oracle Revenue Management and Billing processes.

• Hands-on experience with SaaS Extensions including:

• Groovy Scripting
• Algorithms
• Application Composer

• Ability to troubleshoot Oracle Fusion integrations and work with technical teams on:

• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• REST APIs
• SOAP Web Services
• Fusion Extensions

• Strong experience integrating Subscription Management with:

• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Revenue Management (RMCS)
• Order Management (OM)
• Pricing
• Product Management

• Good knowledge of Oracle Financials modules:

• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Revenue Management (RMCS)

• Good knowledge of Oracle SCM modules:

• Order Management (OM)
• Pricing
• Product Management

• Experience with Data Conversions, Data Migration activities, Inbound/Outbound Interfaces, and Reporting solutions.

• Experience configuring Subledger Accounting (SLA) rules and Oracle application setups.

• Strong consulting experience including:

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related technical field.

• Equivalent combination of education and relevant Oracle Cloud experience will also be considered.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Oracle Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS).

• Oracle Fusion Cloud Certifications in Subscription Management, Financials, or SCM.

• Experience working on large-scale Oracle Cloud transformation projects.

• Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle Cloud reporting tools.

• Strong understanding of SaaS business models and subscription-based revenue processes.
