The candidate should be comfortable with field sales, client meetings, and building partnerships with apartment communities across Chennai.\nKey Responsibilities Sell elevator advertising slots to businesses such as restaurants, clinics, supermarkets, education brands, and real estate companies.\nIdentify and onboard apartments and residential communities for ad placements.\nMeet corporates, SMEs, and local businesses to pitch advertising opportunities.\nGenerate and close clients for digital marketing services .\nBuild and maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly revenue targets.\nCoordinate with internal teams for campaign execution and client servicing.\nRequirements 2–5 years experience in advertising sales, media sales, B2B sales, or digital marketing sales.\nFluent Tamil communication is mandatory.\nGood English communication skills.\nStrong negotiation and client relationship skills.\nComfortable with field sales and client meetings across Chennai.\nKnowledge of the Chennai market is preferred.\nTwo-wheeler preferred for local travel.\nSkills B2B Sales | Media Sales | Advertising Sales | Lead Generation | Client Acquisition | Negotiation | Relationship Management | Digital Marketing Sales
