The Sales Specialist will be instrumental in driving our business growth, leveraging their expertise in IT products and services, and leading a team to achieve exceptional sales results.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAdvanced Product Knowledge: Demonstrate an expert understanding of our IT products and services to confidently engage with clients.\nStrategic Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identify and develop new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.\nLeadership in Sales Strategy: Lead and mentor a sales team, developing resilient strategies to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.\nMarket Expertise: Conduct in-depth market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor movements.\nCustomized IT Solutions: Work closely with the technical team to develop solutions that cater specifically to client needs.\nSkilled Negotiation and Deal Closure: Apply advanced negotiation skills to effectively close deals, balancing client satisfaction with profitability.\nSuperior After-Sales Support: Provide exemplary post-sale service, ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction and loyalty.\nEffective Team Management: Lead, inspire, and manage a sales team, fostering a culture of success and continuous improvement.\nAccurate Reporting and Analysis: Oversee the preparation of detailed sales reports and analysis for informed decision-making.\nQualifications:\nA minimum of 10+ years of experience in IT sales, with at least 5 years in a team management role.\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

Master’s degree preferred.\nProven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.\nExceptional presentation and communication skills.\nStrong leadership and team management abilities.\nExpertise in market analysis and strategic planning.\nProficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
