Consultant - Linux Administrator\nExperience: 3-5 years\nLocation: Uppal, Hyderabad\nOnly Immediate Joiners\n\n*********Kindly share your resume to with Sub of \"Linux Admin\" along with notice period*********\n\nIn this role, the Administrator who would help to monitor, test, troubleshoot and resolve Linux server related queries/issues. Also to provide support for DHCP services on all hosted Linux operating system flavours.\n\nResponsibilities\nIntermediate level knowledge in Linux administration.\nExperience in DHCP & DNS.\nExperience in IP Management tools.\nExperience with Linux servers in virtualized environments.\nPerformance troubleshooting and capacity planning.\nTroubleshooting, Installation, maintenance, and tuning of Linux / Unix OS.\nStrong knowledge of server hardware and software.\nExperience in User Administration using LDAP.\nExperience in system security, patching, and upgradations.\nProficient with LVM and Linux File systems.\nAbility to tune kernel/System parameters.\nExperience/Troubleshooting TCP/IP, Routing, DNS, NFS.\nExcellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.\nExperience of firmware upgrades. And PCS (Pacemaker) cluster knowledge\nPrepare installs and implement Linux / UNIX operating software and associated components.\nExperience in monitoring tools (Zabbix & Grafana, etc.).\nExperience in automation/configuration management tools like Ansible and Puppet.\nExperience in automation using scripting tools like Python and Ansible.\nExperience in creating/modifying PowerShell scripts.\nVMware Administration – Virtualization techniques or any other virtualization technology.\nProcess Improvement & Collaboration\n\nQualifications we seek in you!\nBachelor’s degree in IS, Computer Science, MIS Management, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.\nProven communication skills when working with other technical towers to work out issues.\nMust be well organized, thrive in a sense-of-urgency environment, leverage best practices, and most importantly, innovate through any problem with a can-do attitude.\nMust understand various logging methods and security event terminology.\nStrong leadership skills when troubleshooting across multiple vendor platforms and working out technical issues.\nTechnical Support & Troubleshooting – Proven ability to diagnose and resolve customer and platform issues in production environments.\nStrong Communication & Documentation – Ability to clearly document procedures, write knowledge base articles, and collaborate with customers and teams.\nTime Management & Accountability – Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage workload effectively.\n\nPreferred Qualifications/ Skills\nVery good written and presentation / verbal communication skills with experience of customer interfacing role.\nIn-depth requirement understanding skills with good analytical and problem-solving ability, interpersonal efficiency, and positive attitude.\nGood ITIL knowledge\nFlexible to work for 24x7 process.\nExcellent Communication and interpersonal Skills\nAbility to prepare Dashboards and Reports\nExperience of working independently & as a team player\nShould have a proactive work approach and ability to think out of the box.
