Senior Graphic Designer

Role Overview :\n\nThe ideal candidate will have a strong passion for design and a keen eye for detail, with experience working across multiple channels such as web, social media, marketing, branding, logo design, packaging, retail, and art direction. This role will collaborate closely with the Marketing, Social Media, and Shoot & Production teams to create visually appealing and effective designs that resonate with our audience.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\nWeb Design: Create and maintain visually engaging web content for Beauty, Nykaa Fashion, and their respective sub-brands.\nSocial Media: Design compelling graphics for social media platforms, ensuring consistency with Nykaa’s brand identity and tone.\nMarketing & Branding: Develop creative assets for marketing campaigns, including email templates, banners, brochures, and other promotional materials.\nLogo Design: Conceptualize and design logos for new products and sub-brands, maintaining a cohesive visual identity.\nPackaging Design: Design innovative and attractive packaging for Nykaa’s products, considering both aesthetics and functionality.\nRetail Design: Create graphics for in-store displays, signage, and promotional materials to enhance the retail experience.\nArt Direction: Provide art direction and creative input for photoshoots, video shoots, and other multimedia projects.\n\nKnowledge and Skill / Qualification Requirements :\n\nBachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.\n3-6 years of experiesnce in graphic design, preferably in the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries/brands.\nProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).\nStrong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills and creative solutions.\nExcellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.\nAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.\nStrong communication skills and attention to detail.\nExperience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
