Design Cafe is hiring Design Manager for Kolkata Store .\n\nJob Description:-\nExperience: 7+ years of total experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.\nResponsibilities: Must have managed a monthly revenue of ₹1.5 crore or more.\nTeam Management: Experience in handling a team of 10+ in-house designers.\nLook at whether revenue numbers, TAT, Sign-ups are on track daily.\nHandle client escalations - red level\nReport Directly into City Head on key metrics\nDe-bottleneck projects by addressing core issues faced by repartee's\nManage team performance and morale. Hire, Develop, Let go\n\nRequirement : -\n-Excellent Written and Verbal communication\n-Require Minimum 7 + yrs of experience\n-Should Have a Strong Team Management experience\n-3 years experience handling clients for interior design projects\n-B.Arch/M.Arch/Bachelor/Master in interior Designing and equivalent\n\nTechnical Skills:\n-Advanced Understanding of Modular Design\n-Problem Solving\n-Planning and Organization\n-Customer Orientation\n\nThis role is critical in marshaling the company's central key resource - Designers and Design Partners.
