Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and qualify prospective leads through various marketing and business development channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers to drive business growth.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and ensure timely progression through the sales funnel.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and conduct project site visits for prospective clients.
  • Deliver compelling project presentations and effectively communicate product offerings, features, and benefits.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable real estate solutions.
  • Handle customer queries, concerns, and objections professionally to facilitate successful conversions.
  • Negotiate and close sales transactions while ensuring a superior customer experience.
  • Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and collection targets in line with organizational objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, site visits, and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless customer onboarding and post-sales support.
  • Represent the company professionally and contribute to enhancing the organization's brand image and market presence.
