CCI's mission is to provide outstanding professional support to all Citrin Cooperman offices throughout the year in the areas of accounting, attest and auditing, tax compliance and consulting, business advisory, valuation, litigation support, and other professional work.\n\nAbout the Role\n\nUses expert judgement and tenured experience to successfully manage clients’ projects, programs, and portfolios for small business to mid-market companies.\nUses project management principles and solution-specific domain knowledge to manage assigned projects effectively.\nResponsible for managing resources, scope, time, costs, and quality to ensure project profitability.\nMaintains, manages, and executes standardized and repeatable PMO processes and best practices.\nIncorporates Project Management best practices into PMO templates, standards, and processes.\nWorks with clients and team members to define project-specific deliverables, milestones, and success criteria.

Facilitates client approval and sign-off of milestone achievement.\nFacilitates project status meetings, prepares documentation, budget reporting, manages client expectations and project scope.\nAble to prepare and present at the Executive level, for example Steering Committee Meetings.\nProactively recognizes project risks based on diverging intentions or scope requests, develops, and communicates mitigation methods.\nManages full project life cycle from project initiation to project closure.\nOrchestrates periodic customer satisfaction surveys in conjunction with project-specific milestones.\nParticipates in resource capacity planning.\nParticipates in creating project plans, roadmaps, and scope and assumptions documents in partnership with Practice Directors and Account Executives.\nDevelops positive, lasting relationships with our clients and our teams.\n\nRequirements\n\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or equivalent\nCPA preferred\nMinimum of 1+ years of audit and/or financial due diligence experience, preferably dealing with lower middle market companies ( Solid working knowledge of US GAAP\nHighly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nStrong critical thinking skills with the ability to solve unstructured problems\nExcellent project management and organizational skills\nAbility to multi-task and manage multiple engagements at once\nStrong relationship building and networking abilities
