About the Role\nInvertis University is seeking a dynamic and dedicated English Language Trainer to teach students from French-speaking (Francophone) countries. The role involves delivering engaging English language sessions both in-person on campus and simultaneously through online platforms , ensuring an interactive and inclusive learning experience.\nKey Responsibilities\nDeliver English language training tailored for Francophone/international students\nConduct hybrid classes (offline + live online streaming)\nFocus on improving speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills\nDesign lesson plans, assignments, and evaluation methods\nAdapt teaching methods to suit diverse cultural and language backgrounds\nMonitor student progress and provide feedback\nSupport students in academic English and day-to-day communication\nCoordinate with academic and international teams for smooth delivery\nEligibility Criteria\nMinimum 1 year of experience in teaching English (mandatory)\nBachelor’s degree in English / Education / Linguistics or related field\nStrong command over spoken and written English\nExperience teaching international or ESL (English as a Second Language) students preferred\nBasic understanding of French language or Francophone culture will be an added advantage\nRequired Skills\nExcellent communication and presentation skills\nAbility to handle hybrid teaching environments (offline + online tools)\nCultural sensitivity and adaptability\nClassroom management and student engagement skills\nTech-savvy (Zoom, Google Meet, LMS platforms, etc.)
