Job Description

We are looking for a candidate to join our Sales and Marketing team at Medanta Noida who will be responsible for establishing Medanta as the preferred healthcare destination among physicians, public sector units, embassies, and hospitals. This role involves driving referral business, managing stakeholder relationships, leading outreach initiatives like health camps and talks, and supporting a team to achieve predefined revenue and patient acquisition targets. The candidate will also play a key role in team development, strategic planning, and performance tracking.\n\nJob Objective:\n\nTo establish Medanta Noida as the first choice in healthcare among physicians, public sector units and the community.\n\nJob Responsibility:\n\nDevelop and manage a strong referral network including customers, partners, agents, and industry contacts.\nIdentify and onboard new referral partners to generate leads.\nMaintain long-term relationships with referral sources.\nGenerate qualified leads through referrals and partner networks.\nFollow up on referral leads and convert them into customers.\nMaintain a referral lead pipeline.\nWork closely with the sales team to close referral leads.\nSupport marketing campaigns to encourage customer referrals.\nWork closely with the sales team to close referral leads.\nSupport marketing campaigns to encourage customer referrals.\n\nKey Qualification, Skills and Attributes\n\n5+ years of experience in healthcare marketing\nMBA with specialization in marketing would be an advantage\nStrategic thinking and planning\nData-driven decision making\nStrong networking and relationship-building skills\nExcellent communication and negotiation skills\n\nInterested candidates are requested to share their cv @
