Job Description
Purpose:\n\nThe role - holder plays a significant role in being the People Brand Ambassador and in Talent partnering with business and providing regular People interventions.\n\nMain Priorities:\n\nTalent Acquisition\n\nManaging the complete Employee Life Cycle for sales functions\nSourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management processes.\nLead hiring for critical leadership roles, niche, and volume-based roles (especially sales).\n\nEmployee Engagement & Retention\n\nHandle grievance redressal, employee relations, and disciplinary processes.\nDrive initiatives to reduce attrition, especially among insurance sales staff (a high-turnover segment).\nInduction training for new hires\nManaging Talent Retention & Employee Development initiatives\nIdentify training needs based on business and individual goals.\nDriving Employee Engagement initiatives\n\nCompliance & HR Operations\n\nEnsure labor law compliance across branches in the zone.\nOversee timely payroll inputs, onboarding/offboarding processes, and HRIS accuracy.\nSupport internal audits, risk management, and statutory filings.\nHandling Governance, Grievance Redressal & Conflict resolution\nEmployee Communication & connect\n\nStrategic HR Partnership\nLiaising with Function Heads and designate personnel to ensure critical planning and implementation of people strategies\nCoordinating and working with the team across all centers in the country\n\nQualifications:\n\nA Management Graduate with specialization in HR\n\nSkills/ Knowledge:\n\nHands on knowledge of HR processes and systems in various organizations\nSkills in planning and delivering initiatives which improve business results in a demanding environment\nStrong influencing skills and an ability to operate at a higher level\nGood communication and networking skills\n\nExperience:\nMust have 6 - 8 years proven experience.\nExposure to recruitment at various levels by extensively using job sites\nExperience of working in a fast moving environment with a strong focus on delivery
