Job Description

We are searching for Sales Leads for a leading Digital media company, to be based in Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore. The role will focus on building strategic relationships with brands and agencies while driving integrated sales across influencer marketing, branded content, podcasts, IPs, creator-led partnerships, and digital media solutions.


Experience: 8–12 Years


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth through strategic client and agency partnerships.
  • Sell integrated brand solutions across content, influencers, podcasts, IPs, branded campaigns, and creator collaborations.
  • Build, manage, and scale a strong sales pipeline with a focus on large accounts and long-term partnerships.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across brands and agencies.
  • Lead client pitches, commercial negotiations, and closure of high-value deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for proposal development and campaign execution.
  • Identify new business opportunities and emerging trends within the digital media and creator ecosystem.
  • Consistently deliver against revenue targets.


Ideal Candidate

  • 8–12 years of experience in Digital Media Sales, Brand Solutions, Influencer Marketing, Content Partnerships, or Integrated Advertising Sales.
  • Strong network across agencies and brands.
  • Proven revenue generation track record.
  • Strong understanding of branded content and creator-led ecosystems.
