With a global team of experts and a strong focus on innovation, automation, and enterprise technology, iMerit is at the forefront of powering next-generation AI systems and digital transformation initiatives.\n\niMerit is looking for an experienced Manager – Labour Compliance to lead end-to-end labour law compliance across multiple locations and vendor operations.\n\nKey requirements:\n'05; 10–12 years of experience in Labour Compliance, preferably in IT Services / ITES / BPM organizations\n'05; Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws including CLRA, Shops & Establishment, Minimum Wages, Payment of Wages, Bonus, Gratuity, PF, ESIC, and Contract Labour compliance\n'05; Experience managing multi-location operations and third-party vendor workforce compliance\n'05; Hands-on expertise in labour audits, statutory inspections, compliance governance, and closure of observations\n'05; Exposure to labour code implementation, compliance reporting, and stakeholder management\n\nWhat you'll do:\n• Drive labour law and statutory compliance across locations\n• Lead labour code implementation and compliance governance\n• Manage vendor and contractor compliance programs\n• Support audits, inspections, and regulatory interactions\n• Partner with HR, Legal, Finance, Procurement, and Business teams to mitigate compliance risks\n\nIf you have a strong compliance background and are passionate about building robust governance frameworks, we'd love to hear from you.
