Job Description
Export Promotion Schemes & Benefits\nKnowledge and execution of Deemed Export provisions including supplies against Invalidation Letters, EOU/SEZ supplies, and claiming relevant benefits.\nEnsuring compliance with DGFT and customs notifications.\n3. SCOMET & Restricted Items\nManaging application and issuance of authorizations for Restricted Items and SCOMET categories.\nEnsuring adherence to applicable export control regulations.\n4. Customs Provisions & Compliance\nUnderstanding of customs rules related to Drawback (DBK) under Section 74 & 75, and Rule 6 & 7.\nComplete knowledge of special brand rate of duty drawback claim.\nAwareness of customs processes, bonding, and compliance norms.\n5.
Documentation & Export Obligation Monitoring\nMonitoring export obligations, e-BRCs, and EDPMS.\nEnsuring timely closure of export incentive cases and liaising with banks, customs, and DGFT offices.\n6. Certifications & Regulatory Registrations\nHandling application, amendment, and renewal of IEC, RCMC, and Status Holder Certificates.\nPreparation and compliance management for AEO application and renewals.\nEOU, SEZ export managements, DBK & Brand rate applications\n7. Systems & Tools Expertise\nStrong proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.\nAbility to generate MIS reports and present export–import data.\nKey Skills & Competencies\nIn-depth knowledge of FTP 2023, DGFT procedures, and customs provisions.\nStrong understanding of export-import documentation and compliance.\nAnalytical approach for selecting optimal export schemes.\nExcellent communication and coordination skills.\nDetail-oriented with strong follow-up abilities.\nQualification & Experience\nGraduate/Postgraduate in International Trade, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field.\n3-5 years of hands-on experience in EXIM operations, DGFT licensing, and customs compliance.\nExperience in Export Incentive management preferred.
