Position Summary

Strategic and hands-on SAP OTC / Vistex Solution Architect with strong expertise in Order-to-Cash and Vistex solutions. This role will lead the for-SAP Vistex capabilities, focusing on scalable design, system integrations, and supporting business transformation in a healthcare distribution environment. The ideal candidate should be able to connect business needs with practical system solutions, working across SAP and non-SAP systems to ensure smooth integration with warehousing, logistics, and finance.


Key Responsibilities, Vistex & Pricing:

Lead implementation and enhancement of Vistex processes including rebates, chargebacks, billbacks, and pricing agreements. Ensure solutions are compliant, scalable, and aligned with business requirements. Experience working on Vistex implementations or enhancements


Key Requirements

  • 6=8 years of experience in SAP Vistex module configuration for Pricing, Rebates, and Incentive Management.
  • Strong integration experience with SAP SD and/or MM modules.
  • Hands-on with Vistex end-to-end implementation and support.
  • Capable of mapping business requirements to Vistex processes and solutions.
  • Familiar with ABAP debugging for troubleshooting functional issues.
  • Skilled in preparing functional specs, user documentation, and test cases.
  • Ability to resolve incidents, manage change requests, and provide post-go-live support.
  • Knowledge of data migration and conversion tools relevant to Vistex projects.


Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

Project Delivery & Governance

Lead workshops, requirement discussions, and solution validation. Support testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and go-live readiness. Ensure alignment with Agile delivery and ITIL processes for change and incident management.


Stakeholder Management & Collaboration

Work closely with business teams, IT, and external partners including 3PL providers.Drive discussions, support decision-making, and mentor junior team members.


Project Governance

· Team Collaboration: Partner with global implementation teams, ensuring project tracking and documentation are meticulously maintained in tools like Jira and Confluence .

· Testing & Quality Assurance: Define comprehensive testing strategies, managing system integration testing (SIT) and supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) via test management platforms (e.g., Zephyr).

· Business Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, translating intricate corporate incentive and pricing structures into optimized SAP standard capabilities.

Comfortable working in global, matrixed environments


Nice to Have

Experience in large SAP transformation programs

Exposure to SAP S/4HANA and Vistex on S/4HANA platform.

Familiarity with Vistex reporting and analytics tools
