Job Summary:

The Clinic Head Audiologist is responsible for leading the clinic's audiology operations, ensuring excellent patient care, driving business growth, managing clinic performance, and mentoring the clinical team. The role combines clinical expertise with leadership responsibilities to deliver exceptional hearing healthcare services and achieve organizational objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive audiological assessments, including PTA, Impedance Audiometry, Speech Audiometry, and other relevant diagnostic evaluations.
  • Identify, diagnose, and manage hearing loss, tinnitus, and balance disorders.
  • Recommend and implement appropriate hearing rehabilitation solutions, including hearing aid fitting and programming.
  • Provide counseling to patients and caregivers regarding hearing health, device usage, and treatment plans.
  • Monitor patient progress through regular follow-ups and ensure optimal hearing aid performance.
  • Conduct home visits and special consultations as required.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, reports, and clinical documentation.

Clinic Management & Leadership:

  • Lead and supervise clinic operations to ensure high standards of patient care and service delivery.
  • Manage clinic schedules, patient flow, and resource utilization to maximize efficiency.
  • Guide, mentor, and support audiologists, clinical care associates, and support staff.
  • Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, quality standards, and company policies.
  • Monitor clinic performance metrics, patient satisfaction, and operational KPIs.
  • Handle patient escalations and ensure timely resolution of concerns.


Business & Growth Responsibilities:

  • Drive clinic revenue, hearing aid conversions, and business growth initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with patients, doctors, hospitals, and referral partners.
  • Identify opportunities for local marketing and community outreach programs.
  • Achieve clinic targets related to consultations, hearing aid sales, and patient retention.
  • Prepare and share periodic reports on clinic performance and business outcomes.


Required Skills:

  • Strong expertise in audiological diagnostics, hearing aid fitting, programming, and rehabilitation.
  • Experience with PTA, Impedance Audiometry, and hearing aid dispensing.
  • Preferred experience with Signia Hearing Aids and programming software.
  • Excellent communication and counseling skills in English and Hindi .
  • Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities.
  • High business acumen with a focus on patient experience and revenue growth.
  • Strong problem-solving and patient relationship management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to grow and scale clinic operations.
