Senior Interior Designer

Job Title: Senior Interior Designer (immediate Joining)\nWe’re looking for a talented and detail-driven Senior Interior Designer to join our team and take charge of high-end residential, commercial & hospitality projects. This role demands a sharp design mind, strong technical skills, and the ability to manage projects independently while collaborating with clients and internal teams.\nKey Responsibilities:\n• Lead design projects from initial concept, space planning, and mood boards to final execution and handover\n• Develop detailed drawings, working drawings, construction documentation, and BOQs\n• Create 3D visualizations, material boards, and presentation decks\n• Collaborate closely with clients, vendors, contractors, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle\n• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, accuracy, and timely progress\n• Guide junior designers and interns in design development and project workflows\n• Research materials, trends, and innovative solutions to enhance project outcomes\nRequired Skills & Qualifications:\n• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Interior Design or Architecture\n• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in interior design\n• Strong portfolio showcasing completed work\n• Mandatory: Proficiency in 3ds Max for 3D visualization\n• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office\n• Knowledge of Revit or other advanced design tools is a plus\n• Excellent communication and presentation skills\n• Strong project management, organization, and problem-solving abilities\n• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines\nWhat We Offer:\n• A creative, collaborative, and growth-focused environment\n• Opportunities to lead premium, design-intensive projects\n• Skill development and career advancement\n• Competitive compensation package\n• Full-time, on-site role (Hyderabad)\n• Paid time off & fixed shift
