Job Title: LeaseWave / Microsoft Dynamics GP Support Engineer

Experience: 4–8 years

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Application Support Engineer with strong expertise in LeaseWave (must-have) and/or Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) to support critical leasing and finance applications in a production environment. The role requires hands-on experience in incident management, production stability, finance integration, and SQL-based troubleshooting , with close interaction with finance/accounting stakeholders and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

Production Support & Incident Management

• Provide L2/L3 production support for LeaseWave and/or Dynamics GP applications
• Perform incident triage, root cause analysis, and issue resolution within defined SLAs
• Participate in on-call support rotation and ensure timely resolution of production issues
• Monitor application health and proactively address system issues

Functional & Finance Domain Support

• Support end-to-end lease processing lifecycle , including:
• Lease booking and servicing
• Billing cycles and invoicing
• Payment processing and adjustments
• Ensure accurate GL integration , reconciliations, and support for financial close activities
• Partner closely with Finance and Accounting teams to resolve functional issues and discrepancies

Technical Troubleshooting & Data Analysis

• Utilize strong SQL skills for:
• Data analysis and reconciliation
• Troubleshooting production defects
• Identifying data integrity issues
• Analyze logs, batch jobs, and system workflows to diagnose issues

Release & Change Management

• Support release deployments, change validation, and rollback activities
• Perform post-release validation and production checks
• Ensure adherence to change management and governance processes

Governance, Audit & Continuous Improvement

• Follow established ITIL-based support processes and documentation standards
• Contribute to audit readiness by maintaining logs, documentation, and evidence
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system stability and support efficiency
• Document knowledge articles and standard operating procedures

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–8 years of experience in application development or production support
• Mandatory: 4–5+ years of hands-on experience supporting LeaseWave
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of:
• Lease processing systems
• Billing cycles and invoicing
• Financial systems and GL integration
• Proficiency in SQL (queries, joins, data analysis, troubleshooting)
• Experience with:
• Incident management and problem management
• Production support environments with SLAs
• Release and change management processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
