Job Title: Vice President/AVP - Team Lead – Wealth Management.\n\nRole Overview : We are seeking an accomplished professional who can lead from the front – driving business growth, managing high-value client relationships, and mentoring a high-performing team. This role is critical in shaping and executing wealth strategies aligned with the firm’s long-term vision.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead & mentor a team of wealth managers to deliver superior client outcomes.\nDevelop, manage, and expand a portfolio of HNI and Ultra-HNI clients.\nDrive business development initiatives to grow AUM and expand client base in line with firm targets.\nAchieve business targets across Equity Trading (NSE/BSE), Demat accounts, and overall wealth revenue\nDrive sales of Fixed Income products including Corporate FDs, Bonds, and NCDs\nPromote and distribute Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, Life Insurance, and Health Insurance solutions\nDesign and implement strategic wealth plans aligned to clients’ financial goals, risk appetite, and lifecycle needs\nConduct periodic portfolio reviews and rebalance strategies based on market conditions\nEnsure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal compliance, and risk management frameworks\nCollaborate with product, research, and leadership teams to deliver customized client solutions\nRepresent the organization in key client meetings, networking events, and industry forums.\n\nKey Deliverables:\nAUM growth and revenue generation\nNew HNI/UHNI client acquisition\nCross-sell across wealth and protection products\nClient retention and relationship deepening\nAchievement of assigned KRAs and business targets\n\nPreferred Candidate Profile:\nExperience in Wealth Management / Private Banking / Broking\nStrong HNI client base and relationship management skills\nGood understanding of capital markets and investment products\nStrong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills\nAbility to work in a target-driven environment\n\nExperience: 10+ years in Wealth Management / Investment Advisory\n\nRole Type: Playing Captain and Senior Relationship Role
